Inspection includes:
– Complete utility bay visual inspection for signs of leakage, calcium deposits or rust on heater terminals and /or pressure switch, pump seals, pump unions, heater unions and slice valves.
– Tighten all unions to pumps and heaters.
– Inspect circuit board for damage, test fuses, inspect wiring connection to power block and tighten all connections to prevent arching and possible short, resulting in burnt motherboard not covered under warranty.
– Check for proper voltage, amperage pull, and continuity on circuit board and heater terminals.
